A magnificent 200-square-meter main floor apartment in a historical palazzo in the center of Piacenza, completely renovated and furnished by Zerbion with luxury materials and finishings. The floors are all in parquet planks, lending warmth and character to the space. The minimal, contemporary custom furnishings, cabinetry and kitchen were discerningly chosen to complement the style of the apartment and make the best use of its division into five different zones. The architectural plan reworked the spatial geography in a contemporary key, while at the same time maintaining a great respect for tradition. In fact, the period-style windows, the fireplace and the vaulted ceilings recall the building’s early-20th-century architectural heritage.
